My Master’s dissertation on branding classical musicking yielded the following excerpt from examiners’ reports:

“Igitur Laudata

It was a pleasure reading and examining Lindi Cameron’s work.

What stood out to me is the student’s ability to synthesise perspectives of design, musicking, and the digital music environment to produce an extensive and brilliant executed branding campaign for Piet Koornhof. This master is a superb example of action research and where research results are applied in a real-life environment. The high quality supporting visual and audio material further demonstrates Lindi Cameron’s admirable skills as a designer. The work also demonstrates her design-scholar proficiency to merge a client’s need with design. This dissertation is an excellent example of the direction that design research should follow in South Africa.”
